Project Goal
Complete redesign of current rewards site complete with marketing campaigns for both print and digital.
Redesigned Arvest’s rewards site leveraging their updated branding. Designed banners, direct mail pieces, and videos for various marketing campaigns for cardholders. The new rewards site greatly increased rewards redemption rates and prompted the creation of additional targeted campaigns utilizing the new creative. I worked directly with our print vendor Standard Press for the direct mail pieces which saw increases in cardholder sign up, logins, and redemptions across the platform.
