Project Goal
mbna’s client Harley-Davidson needed an updated design and experience for their shop/rewards site that is more in line with their brand. Project involved a complete refresh of the site flows, interactions, and overall design.
Revamped landing pages in photoshop utilizing Harley brand and graphics to accent main featured flows. Restructured pathing throughout the rewards experience that cut down on redemption flow steps while elevating primary interactions to landing pages. Harley-Davidson was very pleased with the face lift while enjoying a sizable uptick in consumer redemptions prompting mbna to bring us the rest of their client portfolio.
